This is to thank Jimmie and Bob for selling our Memphis home on Wild Berry Lane. Not only did you sell it, but sold it in a fast 45 days. My only regret is that we didn't list it with you to begin with. Had we done so, we would have shaved five months off the time it was on the market.You will recall my explaining to you that the previous agent had the listing for 5 months but in the one and one half months it was your listing we had as many showings as in the previous five months. It's no wonder that you sell homes because you generate the traffic it takes to move them.We were impressed by the feedback we got from you after a showing. You kept us abreast of the client's observations and were able to correct the negatives. Best of all though was your availability. You were always there for consultation which is extremely important to the one who is anxiously awaiting some good news.Jimmie, this could go on and on with plaudit after plaudit and they'd all be true. But the bottom line is that you are exceptional in the real estate business.
