My husband and I want to thank you for referring Jimmie Tapley to us for our home sale when we were transferred. She relieved the stresses of selling our home and made us comfortable with our decisions.Due to the transfer, we had a limited amount of time to sell our house. We wanted someone we could rely on to get us the highest price possible, but at the same time we needed to have a confirmed sale within two months.Before we were ready to list with a specific agent, Jimmie came to our home and told us she and Crye-Leike had to offer, gave us insights on the Memphis home sale market and asked us what we expected from her as our agent. We wanted our Realtor, not an assistant or associate, to be available to us when we needed her, and we also expected honest answers to all of our questions; Jimmie met those requirements.Jimmie was straightforward in our discussions of what we could expect from our sale. She gave reasons for her suggestions during all aspects of our sale. This was very important to us as we didn't have a lot of time, nor did we want to lose any equity we could get for the home. We sold our house the first weekend it was listed and were very happy with the equity we got for it.Jimmie also helped us with the paperwork that we and the buyer had to complete for the third party relocation company Cargill uses. This process can become a headache for transferees but Jimmie took on much of the legwork for us which relieved a lot of our stress during that hectic time.We enjoyed working with Jimmie during our relocation, as she made it easier and more stress free than we imagined.We would recommend her to anyone selling a home who wants a Realtor who is honest and reliable.
