Jimmie and Bob Tapley

I just wanted to let you know how thrilled we were with the service we received from Jimmie and Bob Tapley. It is so refreshing to find people who not only know their business inside and out but also go that extra mile, (in the case of the Tapley's it's more like an extra 10 miles.)We had our house listed with another agency for almost 100 days with what I would say moderate to little activity. We signed the contract with the Tapley's at a time when you would expect activity to be a little slow. This certainly was not the case. We had so much activity, and I don't mean just people walking through, we had qualified buyers. They sold our house in the first week they had it listed with them.Jimmie and Bob totally understood our situation so when it came to negotiating they not only saved us money but time which was our critical factor.I can't say enough about these two individuals, I would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone buying or selling in Memphis. They are a great asset to your company and to the real estate industry in general.
