Jimmie and Bob Tapley

I wanted to drop you a line and let you know what a good job Bob and Jimmie Tapley did on the sale of my home in Memphis. We closed on the sale of the property yesterday and today I am one happy guy. Over the years, Bob and Jimmie have worked with me, my mother and my sister. They have certainly served us well. They are business oriented and prefessional in every sense. While that is important, I think what is more important is that they are concerned with the wants and the needs of their client. They are people oriented. The best way I can say it is to say that in addition to being our real estate agents, they are our friends.Bob and Jimmie did a great job and I am most appreciative. I wouldn't hesitate for one second to use them again or to recommend them to others. You've got two good people there.

Jimmie and Bob Tapley

It gives me a great deal of pleasure to have this opportunity to highly commend Mr. and Mrs. Tapley for their outstanding efforts in helping us sell our Memphis home of 14 years. From the outset, they educated us in the process of selling our home, while preparing us for the potentioal ordeal that is sometimes associated with this endeavor. The Tapley's helped us in every way, keping us focused and organized in getting our house ready to be placed on the maorket. They kept us informed on an almost daily basis, and numerous times a day during negotiations. The Tapley's did not puch a time clock, but instead got everying done regarless of the time of day. We had several conferences, including faxes that went past midnight, and they never made us feel rushed or that we were imposing. I had full faith in the Tapleys form the onset, but they went beyond our expectations. They were always available and answered all of our questions. They did all the leg work, setting up all the inspectors and repair people as needed. Even during very difficult situations imposed by the buyer's agent, the Tapleys always remained focused and diligent and maintained their high standards of professionalism. I will recommend them without reservations to anyone requiring a realtor.
