I had a condo for sell and they are harder to sell than houses. Jimmie and Bob kept me informed throughout the process and I felt their input was valuable. I am happy to say they found a buyer and I am happy with the outcome.

My house recently sold and I wanted to write you in regard to the wonderful representation I received from one of your agents, Jimmie Tapley. I have lived in Alaska since September (estimated 6 months) and Jimmie and I have never met, but she has been extremely accessible by both phone and email. She has gone above and beyond what I expected and/or even wished for in a real estate agent. She has coordinated multiple things for me that I have been unable to do at such a great distance.As one example, my house sold and the buyer didn't want to bid or want to buy my appliances. I tried multiple times to sell the appliances to an appliance reseller and althoug they said they would drive to the house to offer me a quote, they never came. This continued for over a week and a half just before closing. I told Jimmie to give my appliances to any charity. This was the day before closing. Jimmie preceded to call the reseller (multiple times) and push for them to respond to my request. In the end, her hard work paid off. My appliances were sold instead of gifted. When I received word of what she had done, I was shocked. It never entered my mind that she would take the time to do anyhting of the kind. But I wll be forever grateful for her hard work.I would recommend Jimmie Tapley to anyone. Thank you

They sold a home we owned and they were very professional and knowledgeable through the whole process. We were kept well informed through the process, and they obtained the price we wanted for the home. It sold in a couple of weeks and they saved us money on the repairs as well. I would highly recommend and use them again.
