Jimmie and Bob Tapley

My wife and I just finished a trip to Memphis to meet with Bob and Jimmie Tapley. The purpose was the purchase of an investment property. I am a bit particular about who I work with. The person has to be professional. This means they are on time, and prepared. Bob and Jimmie were the most prepared real estate professionals I have ever worked with and this is saying a lot. My wife and I have done deals in five states. No one has matched this couple for their knowledge of the area, contacts within their area of expertise and their level of preparedness. This included references for lenders, management companies and attorneys. Bob drove us to the property and Jimmie provided information about the areas of Memphis we were traveling through. We took advantage of their recommendations for a lender and attorney. In a single 10 hour period 10am to 8pm we accomplished the following: Met with a knowledgeable real estate attorney with four decades of experience Met with a lender who specialized in the type of loan we were seeking Spoke with the owner of the property Viewed the property location in person Completed the offer and signed the real estate forms Started the loan process Met with and arranged for professional management of the property Arranged for property insurance to satisfy the lending requirements This was all accomplished in 10 hours, because Bob and Jimmie were prepared. Usually these steps take a week. In all the property transactions we have had over the years, no one has come close to the level of service we received from Bob and Jimmie Tapley. If you are an investor looking for a good team, I recommend you call Jimmie and Bob Tapley. You won't be disappointed. If we could give them Ten Stars we would. They definitely earned five.
