My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation of the services your firm has provided during our relocation to Memphis. We have found the services to be exemplary but particularly want to acknowledge the outstanding services provided by Jimmie Tapley.This was the first time my husband and I had ever experienced such a major move. Even during the time when we were evaluation the move to Memphis Jimmie went above and beyond to make sure we got all the necessary information we needed in order to make an informed decision. She bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule and was considerate of our needs every step of the way.She did an excellent job of negotiating an outstanding deal on our home which we love. The day we moved in there were flowers inside and she stopped by with pizza and pop in the throes of unpacking. But her services did not end there. The movers damaged our kitchen floor but were unwilling to cover the replacement cost because they said we did not report it at the time. It was reported as soon as it was discovered but after a battle with the company's insurance carrier we were still unable to get any satisfaction. I contacted Jimmie to see if she could give us any assistance since your relocation firm had made a recommendation to us for the movers. Jimmie immediately began to take action and I'm pleased to report that because your firm became involved we received a check this week to replace the floor.There are some individuals in this world that would have said well the deal is done and I have received my money, sorry about your luck. You can trust that I will sing the praises of your firm and particularly of Jimmie for the quality of service provided. Please share a copy of this letter with Jimmie and please give her a well-deserved pat on the back. She is a true asset to your firm and if there are some types of awards in your firm for going above and beyond the call of duty I hope you certainly give her consideration for such an award.
