I wanted to take a moment to compliment your organization in particular one of your agents, Jimmie Tapley for a job well done. As I'm sure you understand, moving and buying a house can be inherently stressful, particularly if you are re-locating from out of State in addition to coping with the transition into a new job coupled with unfamiliar places.Well, here I am a few weeks later, already closed and moved into my new home. This couldn't have been accomplished without the extreme focus, hard work and an excellent listening sensibility of your agent, Mrs. Tapley. I flew into Memphis from Milwaukee on two separate occasions for house hunting trips and received from Jimmie the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and hard work. Jimmie was obviously well prepared prior to and during my search.Admittedly, I'm a busy, and at times, a demanding professional who expects value for value in business relationships. Well, that is what I got and I thought I would tell you so.

My husband and I wanted to take a few minutes to commend one of your Crye-Leike teams, Bob and Jimmie Tapley. Jimmie especially was a tremendous help, both in 1994 when my husband relocated to Memphis, and again this year when we moved to Collierville.Because one of us was still living and working in Chicago, our transition was a unique and difficult one. We had only one weekend in which to find a new home. Jimmie took the time to research the area to match us perfectly with the type of house and location we had in mind. She made many appointments and showed us a lot of very nice homes on both Saturday and Sunday. We know this is part of being a real estate agent, but Jimmie did and exceptional job in finding just the right place for us. We are very happy here in Collierville.In addition, Jimmie and Bob were outstanding in finding a buyer for the house we had in Cordova. First they gave us many good tips on how to get the house in shape to "show" better. Second, they helped us locate the right kind of tradespeople we needed for some minor repairs. Their extra efforts afforded us a bigger profit than we may have gotten without their help.Jimmie is our HERO, and we would recommend both her and Bob to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home in the Memphis area.
