Since your company's reputation is built upon the competence and integrity of each individual agent working for you, we hold Crye-Leike in high regard due to the outstanding work of Jimmie Tapley.Due to the nature of my work, we have moved for times in nine years and have purchased four homes. We have had some unfortunate experiences working with real estate agents and have come to view the industry with the same skepticism and distrust associated with used car salesmen and politicians. We recently moved to Memphis and purchased our home through Crye-Leike and Jimmie Tapley. Jimmie is far and above the best agent we have ever worked with. She surpassed all of our expectations and went the extra mile at every opportunity.She helped us with professional advice and support with the sale of our home in Jacksonville. She even called our listing agent in Jacksonville and helped smooth out some problems we were having.When we flew to Memphis for our short house hunting trips Jimmie was extremely organized, efficient, and attentive to our needs. She gave us her undivided attention and candid answers to all of our questions. As we narrowed down our search to our final choices, she had done her homework on each of them, showing us the advantages and disadvantages of each so we could make a confident decision.Our most pleasant experience came at the bargaining table when her expertise put us in the driver's seat, saving us several thousand dollars and giving us amenities we hadn't even thought of asking for. This included a home owner's warranty that has already come in handy.Jimmie did not disappear after we signed the dotted line. She has given us service after the sale that was unheard of in our past experiences. Our business in Memphis is growing and we are already talking to several more people about relocating here. We will heartily recommend Jimmie to them and to anyone else who will listen and we will certainly use Jimmie again in the future if we sell our home.
