Kris and I wanted to thank you for the nice note and gift cerfificate. You knew just what we would appreciate now that we are living in temporary qaarters. Kris said that the kitchen is so small that you practically need traffic signals in there when more than one person is cooking. We also wanted to thank you for the excellent jjob you did in selling our home in Cordova. From our first meeting iwht you, we knew that you and Bob were a solid team. We felt comfortable with you and appreciated your thougful market. You were absolutely right about what modifications to do and not to do. you saved us a great deal of money with those suggestions! But you really showed your interpersonal skill in how you handled the last few days before closing. I think that your self-confidence, skill, and responsiveness to us and to the buye's agent really helped.I wish you the best in your work. As you know I have recommended you to my faculty colleagues.
