Jimmie and Bob Tapley

I want to tell you how impressed my wife and I were with your real estate company in general and with our realtor, Jimmie Tapley, in particular. Jimmie is an exceptional person, available any time of the day or night, who obviously loves her job and is great at it.We relocated to the Memphis area this year with the Bureau of Naval Personnel and from my first house-hunting trip Jimmie went above and beyond what is usually expected of a realtor. When I first came down one day in early spring Jimmie met me at the airfield and devoted her day to driving me around. Unfortunately, I started feeling ill within an hour of arriving and got progressively worse. Since I had only that day, and had to return to Washington that evening, I wanted to do as much as possible and kept going. Jimmie was extraordinarily helpful, even suggesting that I could stay the night with her and family and return home the next day. In fits and starts I managed to see some neighborhoods, and with Jimmie's expertise, narrowed the house-hunting radius down to a few areas. Jimmie (and her husband, Bob) really took care of me that day. Afterward Jimmie worked with us long-distance in Virginia to decide the type of home we wanted. She sent us information whenever we requested it and was available for phone consultations at any time.When we came down on our official house-hunting trip at the end of March, Jimmie worked very hard during the entire nine days we were here. She showed us every house (dozens!) in the area we wanted that fit our profile. And, although we hadn't expected to find a home that fit our particular needs that quickly, we managed to find one and get a great price-again, thanks to Jimmie: we would have paid thousands more-before we returned to Virginia.In addition to helping us find a great home, Jimmie then helped to coordinate the mortgage process for us. After the home inspection, she negotiated with the seller's realtor to get things fixed. In addition, since we closed on the house, Jimmie has been helpful in finding reliable, reasonable priced contractors. Everyone she has recommended has exceeded my expectations, and I think my expectations are high.Jimmie was the perfect realtor, helpful throughout the entire buying process, and we're very glad we had the privilege of working with her. I'm not looking forward to moving again, but I will have to move someday, and I am looking forward to working with Jimmie Tapley again.
