Time and time again, your recommendations to both associates and clients have resulted in new business for me. I hope you realize how grateful I am for our association.Over the past three years I have admired your dedication, for I have seen how hard you work for your clients. I have always been impressed with your professionalism, I knew I could rely on you to help them find just the right home.I wish I had more opportunities to recommend your services. As you know, most of the people I meet through the course of business are already involved in a transaction. I am sure you know that AmeriSpec corporate was acquired by American Home Shield and is moving from California to Memphis. I have recommended you to several people from AmeriSpec. Jimmie handled both the sale of my previous home in Germantown and the purchase of my existing home in Memphis. With my previous home, we sold the property in less than a week at a very good price based on comparables. She was extremely persistent on effective in the negotiation of the closing and move out date which was a complicated issue as I wanted to avoid a dual move.On the purchase of my new home, Jimmie did an outstanding job as well. We got a great value and Jimmie went above and beyond on all aspects of the search, negotiation, inspection, and closing.Jimmie is extremely dedicated, professional, reliable, honest, and energetic. She is accessible at virtually any hour seven days a week and frequently assumed responsibility for detail that are not normally handled by the Realtor.
