Barbara and I are most appreciative of the great, professional job you did in assisting with our return to Memphis,. After 17 years away, we're having fun re-exploring the community, and we love our location in Harbor Town.Your diligent attention to detail and prompt responsiveness to our needs made the house search and move much easier than tr could have been. The research and coordination you did ahead of time made the each process very efficient. Your inexhaustible list of contracts proved valuable again and again as we encountered the myriad details of relocation. Whatever our need or whatever the temporary bump in the road, you responded quickly and always with a solution oriented suggestion. On the few occasions when it was necessary to take a tough stand, you were supportive and effective.We closed on our house exactly one month after our first afternoon of looking, which was only 2 or 3 days after asking for your assistance. This weekend, we sat on our back porch, overlooking a pond in Harbor Town, and enjoyed the ambiance. A few boxes remain, but there's a great feeling in having the search, purchase and move behind us.Thanks for making a trying time-relocating on a tight timetable-much more pleasant.
