Several things stood out to me as Jimmie and Bob went through several sales cycles with me. First, and most importantly, they earned my trust through a series of events where they proved they had my best interest at heart. They obviously understood that gaining a client's trust is the best way to establish long-term relationships. Second, they continuously demonstrated expertise that proved valuable to me in terms of extra dollars in sales value. Remarkably, I think they have been dealing in real estate so long that they don't even realize the professional value they bring to a client and the small things they do without thinking that result in closed sales. Finally, they are always working. It was not unusual to hear from them about a possible transaction at any time on any day of the week. It was a joy to work with them both.
