The best real estate agents (couple) on PLANET EARTH! Speaking candidly, I am not a spring chicken and have hundreds of business relationships in my company globally and within the US that do not hold a candle to the charisma, professionalism, dedication, and knowledge base of Jimmie & Bob Tapley. Being different in business today is necessary and finding creative solutions, and working through awkward and emotional situations with customers are often called for and Jimmie & Bob met each and every challenge with precision and warmth. Not only do they have the working knowledge to navigate any obstacle while keeping in constant communication and giving gentle guidance all throughout. How extremely rare that is! In the midst of selling our 62-year-old family home, I lost a family member and cannot describe the feeling of support and love from 2 people I had just met. They offered airport pickups and whatever was needed. In addition, on top of helping me with this property, Jimmie found me a top agent in a nearby state that also was one of the best I've seen. I have had properties in California, Venezuela and now Bali, Indonesia and none of the agents across the years even come close to the performance of this dynamic duo. I can go on and on and on! They have incredible connections, partners for home repairs, home preparation, real estate attorneys, and just about everything you could ever need. Each one of their contacts is as professional and responsive and knowledgeable as they are! Net sum here is that I had the most positive business experience I have had in a decade with Jimmie & Bob and wish I had 10 more properties to sell just for the experience of working with world-class talent!
