Our current agent would never respond or help us when trying to close on our house. If it weren't for Jimmie Tapley, our deal would have never been completed. She always responded immediately. Jimmie was very knowledgable on every aspect of selling and buying a home. I couldn't recommend a better realtor. Very professional.

The Tapley's have assisted me in the purchasing of 2 homes and selling one home over the past 8 years and I can't say enough about how helpful they were. Their willingness to spend time looking at an endless number of homes while working 100% around my schedule was wonderful. I never felt any pressure to move forward on any home that wasn't exactly what I wanted. I always felt that they were answering questions in an honest manner whether it was the answer I was hoping for or not. When it came time to move forward with negotiating offers and contracts I was always sure they had my interests ahead of making sure of a sale.

We found jimmie and Bob Tabley using Zillow. We had searched google for the best realtor in Memphis TN and they were the first names on the Zillow link. I will say that i can image no one could have handled my buying process better. I sent Jimmy and Bob a message on Saturday afternoon and didn't expect to hear back from them till Monday but before dinner that night I had already received a phone call and an email confirming my appointment at their office. Jimmie went over how Memphis was laid out and helped us find the best place for me and my family. She did all our showings in one day, allowing us as much time as we needed. When we finally found the home we wanted she handled all the details. She guided us through every negotiation with the sellers and even handled most of our interactions with our loan process. Jimmie and Bob Tapley are truly different. The care and availability are unmatched. 10 out of 10.

Jimmie and Bob Tapley are Godsends! We have the tough task of selling our home in a small time frame only 2 years after building. From the moment I called for our first meeting to closing, they were nothing but honest, upfront, professional, and immensely knowledgable. I appreciated never having to hold a open house and we had a full price offer on our home in 2 months! They made the process stress-free and always made me feel like I was a priority.
