Jimmie and Bob Tapley

Jimmie and Bob helped us purchase our first house. They were extremely knowledgable of the process as we had no clue what we were doing. They made themselves available morning, noon and night which was important to my fiance and high because we have full time jobs. They are great negotiators getting is everything we wanted and more! I would definitely recommend Jimmie and Bob Tapley to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Jimmie and Bob Tapley

Jimmie and Bob Tapley helped us sell our home last summer (2014). We had a complicated situation - we had recently retired and wanted to sell our home quickly so that we could move across the country. Each step of the way, Jimmie Tapley addressed our concerns and offered us an array of options from which to choose. She referred us to reliable people who provided us various services so that our transition would go as smoothly as possible. We were so grateful to have a realtor who was so knowledgeable about the community. She also negotiated on our behalf for the price that we set on the front end. I would recommend her to anyone who is considering either buying or selling a home in the Memphis area.

Great in depth detail to your needs. Just give her your wish list and watch her go! Her negotiation skills are superb, as a matter of fact, I am surprised she is not a lawyer! Selling my house was a little tricky because the buyer was so intense (at least he seemed that way to me) but it didn't ruffle Jimmie's feathers. Worked through it all without any difficulty. She will always stay in my "book" as someone to call on if needed. Bob is the numbers guy and he can work it so you will feel comfortable and not "over" your head in any way.

Jimmie patiently showed me several residences, answered all my questions, and professionally negotiated with the seller to get me the best price.She always promptly returned my phone calls.I was a first time home buyer, so was very apprehensive about the home buying process. Jimmie made me feel at ease and made me wonder, "why didn't I buy sooner?; this process isn't so hard," when it actually is a bit complex

I worked with Jimmie specifically who was fantastic! She was truly an expert. She was able to give me great guidance and advice in buying my first home. When the market was at it's worst they sold my house in 3 days. They always go out of their way for someone. When the flood of 2010 hit the memphis area, my mom lost her house and they did everything to get her in a house as soon as possible. They are the best real estate agents that anyone could ask for.

My husband and I began our search for a new home like many -- via the internet listings. Through our search, we only found one house that we wished to see. The home was listed by Jimmie and Bob Tapley. Honestly, I had seen their picture, but did not knwo them or how successful they were in the Memphis Real Estate Market. All we knew is that we really wanted to see this one home, but we had a dilemma: who would we call to show us the house. Both my husband and I have friends who are real estate agents, but how do you select " the ONE" and not "upset" your other friends. Given we only found one house, I called Jimmie and Bob and explained the situation. We only wanted to see this one house and if we decided to make an offer on THIS house, they WOULD represent us on submitting a offer. Our thoughts were seeing this house would start our proces of house hunting. Hopefully by springtime more houses would be on the market and we would by then decide which friend in the real estate business would represent us. Hence, if I were Jimmie and Bob, I would be very hesitent to show the house to us. Instead they WELCOMED us as potential clients and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. They were HAPPY to show us the house. Did I mention it was during the Christmas holidays too. My husband and I were not what I would describe as model potential clients. Bob met us to see the house and we loved it, BUT the house had issues. It had been a foreclosure. It had a lien. It was owned by Caliber Loans. While we have purchased several homes over the years including one in 2012, we had never encountered any of these issues. Jimmie and Bob guided us through the entire process. Where they had information, they shared. Where they could not provide information, they admitted they did not know. Where they could direct us to other resources to increase our knowledge, they did. The lines of communication were very open and transparent which reassured us as buyers of a home with these traits. We felt very informed.Our home buying experience progressed VERY quickly thanks to Jimmie and Bob's experience in the business. We saw the house, placed an offer, negotiated through a multiple offer situation, received approval as the buyer from the Caliber Portfolio Agent offered special funding through the Caliber Loan Consultant in a very expeditios manner thanks to the assistance and persistance of Jimmie and Bob. The process that we thought would be long and drawn out was not. It went very smoothly even with all the caveates.Final Thought - if you are looking to buy or sell a home CALLL Jimmy and Bob. Whether your are new to the area or like us struggling to select an agent amongst your list of friends who are agents...
