Jimmie and Bob Tapley

My wife, Sandy and I recently moved to Memphis from Michigan. We had the pleasure of working with Jimmie Tapley on the purchase of our home in Central Gardens. Mrs. Tapley's expertise, determination, and unfailing cheerfulness made a difficult move much easier.My change of employment required me to make the transition to Memphis in just a few weeks. Jimmie contacted us while we were still in Michigan to offer her help and to ascertain our housing needs and preferences. In just a weekend of house-hunting, she helped us find a home and draw up a purchase offer. She also referred us to a mortgage loan officer and house inspector, both of whom were equally cooperative, which expedited the purchase process.While were back in Michigan closing the sale of our house there, Jimmie handled the details of the sale in Memphis , dealing with a difficult seller and his agent, monitoring the inspection of the house, and seemingly doing a thousand other things expertly, persistently and patiently. Her husband, Bob, even though he was not representing us directly, also provided valuable assistance.It is safe to say that we could not have met our relocation timetable without Jimmie's tireless work, which surely went above and beyond the call of duty. You are indeed fortunate to have Jimmie and Bob representing your company.It would be our privilege to work with Jimmie again. We will certainly recommend her highly to any of our acquaintances who seek to buy a house in the Memphis area.
