I have purchased a home in Memphis TN. in 2009 using Jimmie Tapley. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. I believe we closed on that house in a week from first contract. In 2014 I decided to sell this house due to a move to SC and contacted Jimmie. She sent the contract priority to get the ball rolling. Two weeks later, I went to Memphis to do some repairs to get it ready to market. When I got to Memphis I contacted Jimmie to get the garage door opener to get in and do repairs and within the hour she called back with a buyer buying as is. We closed the following morning. This left me with time and money = mini vacation. Jimmie Tapley has the knowledge and resources to get the job done and is a pleasure to work with.
